Margarita as well as the gentlemen I spoke with on the phone (didn’t get a name) we’re so accommodating when the website had a glitch that didn’t allow me to have my item delivered but instead changed my order to a pickup which was not possible for me. After explaining my situation they sent my package out to me immediately and we’re trusting that I would etransfer the cost of shipping although they had ALREADY sent out my package by mail. This is the second time I’ve ordered from GK9 gear and I will continue to do so. A very friendly team and very customer service oriented place. I hope to drop by and check out the store in person with my Doberman one day.
